What we collect

When you request a demo, we collect the company name, company address, phone number, website goals, website details, and contact email you submit. Portal users may also provide names, email addresses, roles, invitations, request notes, and account information.

Our hosting providers may process basic technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, device or browser information, request timestamps, and error logs.

Why we use it

We use this information to respond to demo requests, send follow-up, operate the client portal, manage authorized access, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and protect the site.

Where information is stored and shared

Demo requests are saved in the submitting browser's local storage so they can appear in the demo portal on that device. The form also sends a notification email to afterhour-AI. Portal account data may be handled by our configured account service.

We use service providers only as needed to run the site: Vercel for hosting and server functions, Resend for demo-request email delivery, and Supabase for portal account storage when that service is enabled. These providers process information under their own privacy terms. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and browser storage

The site uses essential browser storage for language choice, portal sessions, demo data on the current device, and your cookie choice. No analytics or advertising cookies are currently loaded. Any future non-essential analytics script must remain blocked until you select "Allow optional." You can reopen Cookie choices from the footer at any time.

Retention and deletion

We keep submitted information only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, business records, security, and legal obligations. Browser-local information remains on the device until it is cleared through the portal, browser settings, or site storage controls.

To request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, email carlos@afterhour-ai.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Security and children

We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee perfect security. This business website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
