Terms and Conditions

Agreement and permitted use

By using this site or portal, you agree to these Terms. You may use the site to learn about afterhour-AI, request a demo, and access portal features you are authorized to use.

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or deceptive content, send malware or spam, scrape protected portal information, or use another person's account.

Demo information and availability

The website and portal are a demonstration and business inquiry service. Content is general information, not legal, financial, medical, emergency, or other professional advice. A submitted request does not create a customer relationship or guarantee a response, result, appointment, sale, or service availability.

Accounts and security

Portal access is limited by role. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at carlos@afterhour-ai.com if you believe access has been compromised. We may suspend access to protect the site or enforce these Terms.

Ownership and third-party services

The site's branding, design, text, and software are owned by afterhour-AI or used with permission. You may not copy or redistribute them except as allowed by law or with written permission.

The site depends on third-party hosting, email, and account services. Their availability and terms are outside our direct control.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, afterhour-AI disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, afterhour-AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the site. Our total liability for a claim related to the site will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the applicable service during the prior three months or $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so only lawful limitations apply.

Dispute resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to email carlos@afterhour-ai.com with a description of the dispute and allow 30 days for an informal resolution. If it is not resolved, either party may bring the dispute in a state or federal court serving the county of afterhour-AI's principal business address in Texas. Texas law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Either party may use an eligible small-claims court.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Questions can be sent to carlos@afterhour-ai.com.
